We had the best stay at Coyote Estates! The cabin and views are beyond gorgeous. Eric and Rita have thought of every detail to make your stay special. They truly are the best hosts. The morning breakfast included homemade pastries by Rita. This was the perfect way to end our trip. We can’t wait to come back!

WOW! This place is absolutely amazing and Eric and Rita are incredible hosts! The house itself is impressive and having a glass of wine by the fire overlooking Flathead lake was a great experience. Staying here was definitely a highlight of our time in Montana and I highly recommend anyone stay here if they have availability - it is so amazing!

We stayed in the Honeymoon King Suite for three nights in early August 2020. It was our first visit to the area (and to Montana) and we do not often stay at B&Bs, so we were not sure what to expect. Eric and Rita immediately made us feel at home, though, and the property was simply stunning, inside and out. The entire home, including indoor/outdoor common areas, were spotless and in excellent condition. The suite was very large and included a fantastic sitting area and lovely private balcony with amazing views of the lake. And it was full of great technology to control/dim lighting and play music. There is a buffet (not the bad kind!) outside the three suites where, each morning, Rita set out freshly-baked goods, along with coffee, yogurt, fruit, etc. You could grab a snack or drink there, too, anytime. Oh, and the turndown service at a B&B?!?--Amazing! Eric and Rita were excellent resources for restaurant and activities recommendations. And I'm pretty sure they could handle almost any request: Local Montana beers, boat rentals, bear spray, etc.! NOTE: It did not matter to us at all, but be mindful that the Honeymoon King Suite does not have a bathtub.

Words can't begin to describe how absolutely beautiful this place is! The host Eric and Rita couldn't have been more down to earth. From their hospitality, to the décor, to the food this place was 100%. My boyfriend and I got engaged there and will surely be returning. We spent 3 nights there and Rita made us homemade scones every morning with juice and coffee etc. We had a meal cooked for us one night that was absolutely delicious. The fire pit outside was so relaxing with a glass of wine while looking out at our breath taking view. We are already looking to book our return, can't say enough about this beautiful Estate.

Excellent bed and breakfast with a phenonmal view of flathead lake. Private hot tubs, excellent service, and great referrals to local attractions. We have stayed here twice and enjoyed it both times!

This property is nothing short of stunning. Normally when you look at pictures online you are a bit disappointed when you eventually arrive at the location. Not here!!! It’s the opposite - it’s BETTER than the pictures!! Rita and Eric are two of the kindest, most genuine people you will ever meet. Their service and dedication to their guest’s experience is apparent from your first interaction with them. Their attention to detail is exquisite and the home is very clean and well kept. The views from the backyard are unbeatable, and you will find yourself wanting to soak in each precious moment. The rooms are large, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The continental breakfast in the morning can hardly be called that. Rita makes homemade breakfast treats daily (that are amazing) and there is yogurt, fruit, coffee, tea, juice! You won’t be disappointed. We cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay here, and we can’t wait to one day go back.

The view was spectacular! No matter where at on the property you were there was a phenomenal view. I have never been in a house as beautiful and inviting as this home. From the time we were greeted at the door until the time we left we felt welcomed and pampered. The attention to detail was bar none. There was soft music playing in our room which was very relaxing. There was a mini fridge in our room stocked with a wide variety of drinks. There was a table out for pastries and coffee in the morning. We sat on the balcony and enjoyed view while we ate. We will most certainly be back.

Incredible views, room, and service. I really recommend this hotel and I will be back. The only knock is the lack of food. I would love to see a breakfast in bed option.

I'm not a fan of bed and breakfast and my wife surprised me going to Coyote bluff and it is amazing. The views, the atmosphere and the owners are the best. It is truly heaven on Earth.
